Case Id ********* Johnathan smith supervisor. Norton Turner chat line employee. Employees messed up trying to use certificates, to transactions later the in store and chat line can't figure it out. Employees tried to use then returned items and then tried to reuse and lost them. I have waited since first transaction on ******** to use. got emails on ********* tried to use on********** they couldn't and returned item and resold. that seems to be what their taught. now you chat team has said wait for use to figure this out. I just want the rewards that you gave me applied from original transaction.
GetHuman-dpinkley did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
