To whom it may concern:** I'd like to file an official complaint against Best Buy Geek Squad repair services.*I had Service done on my work computer for a week (which puts my business behind) for a broken touchscreen and a manufacturer defect. I received my computer back yesterday, October **, ****. I am not noticing the laptop does not close properly (it's slanted at closing), more scratches that initially were not on there, the brightness is low and will not get brighter, and touch screen tends to act out on its on. I am not having to return the laptop for repairs again, making me lose work (and money) and it's costing me the worth of a new laptop. It's not fair that I paid initially for an insurance only to end up losing more business and money from something that I entrusted Best Buy to fix upon the first time. The lack of repair attention and lack of testing to ensure things were done properly on your end are amateur. Therefore, please provide me with any*all ways I can file an official complaint. I will not be buying anything anytime soon again with the company that does not even offer anything to facilitate the issues they brought me when I sought them out for a solution.
