Obtain new sprint service ... ***** URGENT *****Best Buy approval codes ********* & R*******C *processed at Sioux City , SD store by sales Representative who charged our credit card ending **** and took copies of my drivers license , SSN, DOB , Address etc we did not buy anything.**Dear Best Buy & Sprint**It has been a nightmare for me and my family trying to resolve this matter before my mother’s Heart Surgery on October *rd **** at Sanford Hospital Sioux Falls, SD . *Please note we have emailed all parties to take action as we are not liable for this mistake from behalf Best Buy Sales Associates and Sprint system errors that have compromised our funds on hold with my credit card ending **** with a no sale contract or even obtaining any products. Below a follow up of what I have tried to resolve today ********** on my own since I can’t receive any consideration with the urgency of obtaining a cancellation of a pending transaction that was posted with no final sale contract or devices.**I have called my bank Netspend ****-***-**** Just to explain them the situation, they were unable to help me and stated I must contact the merchandiser which appears in my bank statement. Best Buy or Sprint. I have tried to resolve this matter continuously but I keep getting passed thru different phone numbers and sources to resolve this matter please note the following which has been a very unpleasant situation to me and my family.***) I have called the phone number on my bank statement which says **-***-***-**** * Sprint Wireless * *This phone appears disconnected ***) I have called Sprint Finance by the phone number provided ********* with Lucy from Sprint Online Chat **-***-***-**** - Spoke to a Sprint agent for * minutes , They we’re unable to help me and suggested to speak with another Sprint Finance agent and that they will return the call **-(***) ***-**** called me back and we spoke for aprox ** minutes they also couldn’t help me either and stated I must call the National Sales Support as they can’t access the account. ***) I have called the National Sales Support as instructed**-***-***-**** - They were unable to help me because they state Best Buy Sales Representative must call them directly to cancel the $*** that was processed to my card ending ****. Since they need the Best Buy approval codes ********* & R*******C to have access to the account.***) I have called Best Buy Sioux City in order to have any Sales Representative to cancel the pending transaction of $*** as I did not finalize any sale contract with any Best Buy. **-***-***-**** - The Sales Representative today stated Derek wasn’t working today and that I must be present at the store in order to cancel the pending transaction so they are able to call the National Sales Support even after explaining them I live * hours away, so I requested to speak with the Manager since the sales agent took copy of my vital information such as Drivers License , Social Security Number D.O.B , address etc. On ********* that evening in order to activate the devices. Apparently the manager stated the phone number I called was the Best Buy of Omaha and not Sioux City , I found the phone number online thru Google ***-***-**** which doesn’t make sense. He also stated he will contact Best Buy Sioux City to call me directly I provided my phone number and still no return call , I can’t drive to Sioux City tonight as it’s a * hour drive from my home**I have patiently awaited for a prompt response to resolve my concerns to this matter unfortunately I find it very hard to accept nobody was able to provide an accurate solution to help me.
System error activating second line , credit report check more than * times after sprint approval for no reason
Release funds on hold on my credit card only the store can cancel , also some kind of incentive, reward to accommodate for the delay of compromising these funds prior to my mother’s heart surgery it has been a unpleasant experience
It’s not our fault
We called every source related to this matter and nobody has had the decency to resolve this matter
