I preordered the Apple Watch series * on September **, **** and at that time said it would ship by September **, ****. On Friday, September **, ****, I finally got notification my order was shipped and would get on Saturday, September **, **** by end of day. Then later that evening tracking now says delivery date pending. As of Monday, September **, **** it still says package has not been picked up and do delivery date. I ordered from Best Buy because it stated at the time I would get on Sept **. I am an elite plus member and shop at Best Buy a lot and have never had any issues before. This is disappointing the lack of communication and I am starting to doubt if my order is even ready to ship. The order number for the order in question is BBY**-************. Supposedly my order is in Fayetteville, NC - * hours from here. This is embarrassing it is taking * days to travel * hours. If someone can let me know what is going on I would appreciate it.
