I would like to commend one of your employees in your store in Denton, Texas (**** South Loop ***, Denton, Texas *****). I came to your store Tuesday evening and asked where the microphones were. The person at the front said they didn't have any. Another worker came up to the front and said the same thing. When I said, you sell computers and you don't have microphones, the woman said, oh, yes, we do, and escorted me to the USB microphone section. I asked her if she had any that weren't USB, just a simple microphone to plug into a computer's headphone jack and she said no. I bought the USB microphone, took it home and then realized I really needed the other kind so I returned the USB one the next evening. Tyler helped me at the return desk. I want to commend him because it turns out you do carry microphones with the simple headphone jack. He found one for me and I am happy. Please put this note of appreciation in his file. He deserves it.
