Hi team,*Order * BBYTX-**************I had placed an order yesterday * (September **, ****) which got cancelled due to mysterious reasons.**However, I made the payment through a debit card which got processed. I waited for a refund for more than ** hours now, however I do not have an update.*I was able to speak to an executive yesterday and got a reference number generated for the ticket -*********, the general timeline for refund communicated to me was ** hours which has now passed.**This was my first Best Buy experience and I have to say that it is not very pleasant. I had placed the order from India as I heard great things about Best Buy but it didn't turn out so good for me**Can I request to have someone from the team to look into this and get me an update please.
