Best Buy customer service**To Whom it may concern:*Unfortunately I need to make a complaint. My daughter ordered a computer (*BBY**-************) on Aug **. The estimated ** day arrival would be pushing it, but was doable, as she urgently needs a computer, as her existing one is old and failing. She uses her computer for work and has many responsibilities and obligations, that will be difficult to fulfill, due to this unreasonable delay. Now the newest delivery date is October *th. I don’t know how ** days can turn in to * weeks? I realize that an ‘estimated’ delivery date is just that. As a consumer, I should be able to fairly expect a leeway of maybe an additional *-* days, but not a month! We are very dissatisfied and aren’t sure where to turn for help. *Yes, we know that she can cancel the order, but she has already purchased many accessories and there’s no guarantee a different computer would arrive on schedule. The odds are that we should just stick with this one and wait it out. Plus, she has already purchased many accessories. Some of which were on sale and non-refundable. She saved her money for a very long time to make this purchase. She researched many outlets and found that Best Buy had the most positive customer reviews and has a stellar reputation for buyers who shopped for refurbished computers. Prices are very good too! *We feel that this delay is unreasonable and we are not happy. Having a reliable computer is so essential in so many aspects of our lives. When we must depend and rely on a computer for work, huge problems occur when we can’t complete our daily tasks. *My family and friends have shopped at Best Buy since it opened in Evansville, decades ago. We’ve shopped there for all of our electronics, TV’s, video games, etc. Your customer service has always been top notch and any time we’ve had to return items, there’s been no problems at all. Your staff goes out of their way to help. One thing I’ve especially liked about Best Buy is that you always have plenty of staff, on the floor. We can always find an employee, close by, when we have questions while we’re shopping.*I would greatly appreciate someone looking in to this matter and getting back with me with some type of resolution. If it is an option to ‘rush’ this delayed order, it would help regain our trust in Best Buy. I’m confident your company can help us.*Thank you so much for your anticipated support,*Tammy Busch
