To whom this may concern. *I am unhappy with the service that has been provided to me. I purchased some merchandise on August **, **** at BestBuy ***** at **** Fairlane DR, Allen Park, MI *****. *I contacted customer service because on my statement it stated that my promotion will be up in Aug ****, and I needed to pay ****.**. If I don’t pay by Aug **, **** I will be charged ** months of finance charges. *The representative, I forgot his name, informed me that the monthly payments that I’ve been making wasn’t applied to the promotion. They were only applied to my normal monthly payments. How is this even possible? What do you mean by normal monthly payments? How are you separating promotional merchandise from non promotional merchandise? What kind of fraudulent practices is this? **I've never experienced anything such as this. *This matters needs to be handled and dealt with urgency.
