The issue in GetHuman-peggyhum's own words
we bought a tv in Jan. of this year .Do to an oversight on our part , the billing was sent to our old address .I contacted customer service and gave them our new address . We still have not gotten a bill yet and I have called again to get a bill sent .Still no bill . The address on file is the new address and a another bill was sent out .Again no bill .Can someone please check this for me? thank you!
