I recently purchased a new tv and had the Geek Squad install...total cost near $***.** plus. I was convinced to purchase the Geek Squad coverage which I was told covered all computer issues in my home for one year...$***.**. Now my other tv's don't work. I called to complain and was told GS only is responsible for the new tv. Please refund that money....I was cheated. Now they blame Dish which is impossible to have come fix what your people messed up. I have been a great customer of Best Buy...check the records.
