We tried to contact them, but we always get directed to an automated answering machine. **May **, we received a noticed that our order was cancelled because we failed to pick up our order on the assigned date.**We still need the product, but how do we proceed?*What are your requirements in order for you to release the product? Do you have direct line where we can speak to a human customer service? Please help!
