I went on line to file a claim for a watch I purchased at Amazon. This watch has been sent to Asurion three times for repair. When I put in my information, I got a response that says there is no claim history for my watch. The site had a completely wrong address for me. I tried to make changes, but it still did not recognize my account. Anyway, I need to once again sent the watch in for repair. Can you assist?
