I tried to book a delivery slot but at checkout was asked if I had forgotten something. When I pressed continue a message came up “sorry there has been a problem “ I am now stuck in a loop where it is still showing the same message even after clearing everything and starting again.

GetHuman5885580 did not yet indicate what Asda should do to make this right.

Clicked on the call Asda button. Got option * was quickly put through to an operator who asked me my phone number and email address and postcode. She asked me what slot I preferred and time then asked me to put one item in my trolley via the app and she checked it out. Received email confirmation straight away. Job done. **
