I placed an order online for click and collect. When ordering it gave me different store options and dates to choose from. So I chose Sunday **th October to collect from the Netherton store as I was visiting a friend nearby. I was told I'd receive a text once its there but it would be before *pm. I never did hear anything, today I received the text to say the item's are ready. This is not my local convenient store. Why give me the option to pick a date if you are not going to stick to it? If it would have said Monday I would have chosen a store near where I work or my journey home, I will have to go out my way to collect these items. Admittedly its only **-** minutes away, however surely ordering online and having the options to choose is so the customer can do what's convenient? Order number - ********
