Hi:*I have been waiting for your response for the last * weeks but still did not get any response which is a shame for a airlines like AA. My time is running out and I want immediate response regarding the decision of my refund status. I have repeatedly stated before that it was not my fault that AA cancelled my ticket without my knowledge and they recharged for my new ticket without utilizing my old ticket money which then they returned with travel voucher.
