I was lied to an induced to give up my first class seat for a $*** voucher and a partial refund of the ticket. When we boarded the plane, we discovered that indeed there were * first class seats, the same number that I booked. The agent that induced us to move made it sound like if we did not the the deal, we could get bumped anyway. I never received the partial refund and the voucher is inadequate. I got an $** parking ticket because when you changed my ticket, we were unable to curbside check our bags. After spending **-** minutes at curbside to discovery this, I had to go inside and when I returned I had a ticket for parking in the waiting area too long.
