I am a TV director who flies a lot of actors and actresses around the country. In the past, I've had no problems booking flights. I booked a trip a month ago online with American Airlines to fly between STS (Santa Rosa, Ca.) To Phoenix on November *st with a return on November *th. This was for * people, (including myself). The website took my credit card info and gave me a confirmation number ALGRPY. I then went on the road to shoot an episode of my show. Upon returning, I checked on my reservation and it was gone. The website told me that my confirmation number was not valid. I checked with my bank and they told me that there was no charge from American Airlines. I tried to rebook the trip, but it came up at a much higher fare. I have tried to call your offices, but the recording says that the office is closed. I have called several times at different times of the day and still get the same recording. The trip is * weeks away and I can't get any resolution. I would appreciate if someone could contact me so we can get this trip worked out. I feel that American Airlines should honor the fare quote that I was given when I made the original reservations.
