I recently purchased two Olympiad books with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. One of the books, "English Olympiad International English Olympiad 2," was supposed to come with a CD containing a study chart, tips, tricks for preparation, the exam pattern, and links to previous years' papers. However, the CD was missing from the package. I specifically bought the book for this CD, so I kindly request that the CD be sent to me as promised on the site or alternatively, offer a return for the book. I paid Rs. I ordered an L-shaped sofa on August 24th and now I need to return it. I submitted a request for pickup on September 4th. I have called the company 40 to 50 times, but I keep being told they will pick it up "tomorrow or the day after." I even contacted the head department, and the response is the same. The first EMI payment has already been deducted, and I was assured it would be refunded within 48 hours when I called yesterday at 12:00 pm. However, the refund has not been processed yet. We are leaving for Pune on October 15th, so it's crucial to have the sofa picked up by October 12th. Since I couldn't reach anyone by phone, I have resorted to sending this email. Please arrange to pick up the sofa promptly.

I recently bought a Mi A2 which had various problems prompting a replacement (camera not working, unable to connect to WiFi, etc.). The replacement phone experienced a "no sim" issue when a sim card was inserted. However, the delivery person would not take the phone back as the IMEI number was not showing. It is not the customer's fault that the phone is not displaying the IMEI number or that the sim is not working. It is the responsibility of the company to provide a properly functioning phone to the customer. I kindly request assistance with this matter as I am eager to replace the phone, but I am currently unable to do so due to this minor issue.

After having it installed by my electrician, Mr. Marcel Reeves-Walker, it was discovered that the cabinet has alignment issues with the door and side panels, along with an electrical fault potentially posing a safety hazard. I have already paid Mr. Reeves-Walker for the installation, but now need a replacement cabinet that aligns correctly and is electrically safe. He may need to visit again to install the replacement, and I kindly request that you cover this additional cost. Please provide details on where to send the invoice. I have encountered a frustrating situation regarding a package delivery from Amazon. According to Amazon's records, the package was hand-delivered to me, but the U.S.P.S tracking says it was left in my mailbox, which is not accurate. I was home all day, and my mailbox is too small for the package. After filing a police report as requested by Amazon, my account was inexplicably locked, taking 2.5 weeks to resolve. Amazon then instructed me to obtain another police report stating the package was stolen, but I firmly believe it was never delivered. Amazon claims no responsibility once a package is delivered and mentions my payment method with a gift card leaves me with no recourse. Using an Amazon gift card has made this the worst online shopping experience for me. I am very dissatisfied with Amazon's handling of this issue.

I'm experiencing issues with my debit card not working on the website. After several unsuccessful attempts, I resorted to using an Amazon gift card as an alternative payment method. Now, I'd like to set the gift card as my default payment option to clear the outstanding balance for previous orders. I purchased a car seat cushion that claimed to be ergonomic but it's not helping with my pain or comfort. I am trying to return it, but the email address provided for the company is not valid. Contacting customer service led to an automated message promising a text, which I have yet to receive after ten minutes. I need to return the cushion today and require assistance. Thank you.

Order #[redacted]-[redacted] I have received the incorrect item twice in the last week after ordering GrandeBROW-FILL Volumizing Brow Gel LIGHT. Despite the box stating "light," the tube inside is CLEAR. I contacted customer service and was instructed to return both wrong items and reorder, which I have just done. 1. The Amazon representative did not seem committed to addressing the packaging error. 2. I prefer not to go through the hassle of packing and returning the items to a UPS Store. As a frequent Amazon shopper, I request a refund for the two incorrect tubes ($20 each) without the need for returns and ask for the correct product to be sent.

I've had an Amazon account for many years. Last spring, I couldn't access the account as I didn't have or remember setting up two-step verification. I don't have the code. I couldn't sign in, and Amazon suggested I open a new Prime account, which I did in June. I'm still getting billed for apps and services on my old account, and I haven't been able to fix this. Please advise.

I placed an order for Emmi-dent sonic toothbrush heads on 9/26 with an expected delivery date of 10/7. The package did not arrive as scheduled. Emmi-dent informed me that they had resent the original order and sent an additional set as compensation. They provided USPS tracking numbers for both shipments. However, upon checking the tracking information, it shows that the original order has still not been dispatched, and the "free" order only has a label created with an uncertain mailing status and no delivery date. Despite numerous email attempts to reach out to Emmi-dent, they have indicated that they are no longer responsible for the situation. I am left wondering about the whereabouts of my toothbrushes.

I received a notification from Amazon stating that my package was hand-delivered, but upon checking further, it was actually sent via USPS. When I went to the post office, I discovered that the notes were left in a non-existent mailroom. Amazon requested a police report, but I was hesitant to report theft without proof of delivery. After providing the report, my account got locked for suspicious activity for 15 days. Even though I regained access, my account is locked again. I am frustrated with Amazon's service and don't plan to shop there again. I feel compelled to share my experience widely and will avoid buying Amazon gift cards in the future.

I purchased 40 skeins of multi-color baby blanket yarn for $[redacted].60 from Amazon. Initially, I was informed that the delivery would be delayed, but now they claim it's lost. Amazon and Celine Lin are suggesting different yarn options, but I only want the specific yarn I ordered. Celine Lin recently mentioned that my order was canceled, stating no refund is due as they charge upon shipping, though I was already billed on August 26th and the payment went through. I insist on receiving my original order or else I may escalate this issue to the FTC.

On Monday, October 7th, I placed two orders; one was delivered the next day, October 8th. However, my second package was put on hold, and my account was unexpectedly closed. I'm not sure why this happened as I received emails to update my address and card information, which I promptly did. I contacted customer service multiple times, requesting assistance, but I still don't have a clear answer. Today, I received an email stating that my order is ready for delivery tomorrow and I need to confirm it. I've been trying to reach Amazon to confirm delivery, but my account block is hindering me. I recently ordered a Redmi 7 mobile phone and was expecting a delivery from Amazon by Mr. M.C. yesterday. Although he initially arrived with the product, it turned out to be incorrect, and he mentioned replacing it with the right item from outside the Amazon van. However, he did not return, leaving me waiting for an hour. Surprisingly, my order status now shows it is being returned as rejected by me. I have placed several orders on Amazon.de and Amazon.co.uk. Most orders arrived promptly and in good condition. However, one order never arrived, and it seems the seller falsely claimed to have shipped it via DPD. After waiting for about 18 days, I'm still without the package. I have been trying to request a refund for over 10 days, but the system indicates I'm not eligible yet, despite the estimated delivery date changing. Originally set for October 9th, it's now showing October 14th. When will I be able to request a refund for this order which has not arrived due to what seems to be fraud? How long does Amazon hold onto my money under these circumstances?

I suspect fraudulent activity on my Amazon account. I recently received an email stating that I had made a purchase which was delivered but not paid for. Since moving to Greece last November after retirement, I haven't made any Amazon orders. Although my credit card is no longer valid due to my relocation and non-usage, Amazon's email mentions they will attempt another payment. Concerned, I cannot access my account as my password is not working. Trying to reset it to investigate the unauthorized order is proving difficult as my phone number has changed since I last used the account a year ago.
