Dear support, A few days ago I tried to buy a gift card to my cousin. *For some reason i received this message '' order cannot be shipped''. After that you LOCKED my account... for security purposes because ''There was a problem confirming your payment information''*Bear in mind that THIS card ending....**** is mine and is ALREADY used to pay my monthly FBA fees and other charges into my SELLER Account.*This card is already tested and active in my account. Why you cannot confirm my card and which are those information you cannot confirm??? And if so, why you didnt just locked this card and you LOCKED my enitire Seller Account? This situation has negative affect on my Seller Account. I cannot handle my sales, my listings, my products and i am LOOSING MONEY evey day...**You requested me to send with FAX the belowinformation :*A copy of my statement for the payment card that i used on recent orders, including the billing address *-- The last two digits of the payment card*-- Your name, phone number, and email address **I HAVE SENT all these info yesterday but still i have no responce..**I kindly ask you to review this issue as soon as possible.**Thank you!
