I was trying to get my order placed on cyber Monday week sales of **% off any * items and had ordered two cell phones and two Sephia cards,just wanted to get these here for Christmas for my daughter's Christmas present but I still have not received any of my purchases,and can't understand why you do people like this being such a large company,maybe because you are too large! ... Placed an order on Amazon prime with the *** I had sitting on my account for two unlocked cell phones and two Sephia cards on the cyber Monday when you were to receive **% off any * items and free shipping,and I have yet to receive my merchandise for they already have my ***$ sitting on my Amazon Prime account!And this problem still exists to this day for you (Amazon prime) has yet to acknowledge my existence,and to ship me my order of two phones and Sephia cards!
Because I am in a nursing home recovering from an illness that has kept me immobilized for almost two years!And I just wanted to get these gifts of two phones so we my daughter and I could communicate daily!
I just want my two phones and two Sephia cards shipped to me asap with the no cost shipping which you were offering when I first placed my order and my *** $ I had on my Amazon Prime account well over ayear should cover the cost of the two unlocked phones and Sephia cards I ordered
Relatively new been with Amazon prime for well over a year now,for I had another resident set me up on Amazon prime back well over a year ago,for he has been gone for this facility for over a year now for I just want to get my products I have ordered and I can give Amazon prime great reviews,but as of now I have nothing good to say about Amazon Prime!
Have posted my problem and treatment of me by Amazon Prime on social media and can't believe the response I have gotten from doing so for it seems that I am not the only one getting shafted!
