in reference to:*Moto X* Case Cover - Rebex Shock-Absorption Anti-Fingerprint Non Slip Built-in Magnetic Metal Plate Case,Ultra Thin Lightweight Slim Protective Cases Cover for Moto X* (Orange)**this item is listed as eligible for prime shipping. when selecting shipping time i had the choice of "* business day", "* business days", or the free option. there are no estimated delivery dates listed so i assumed that * days was standard prime delivery.*after placing my order the email confirmation show estimated delivery on friday ********. i placed the order on monday ********. seeing that i needed it earlier i changed the delivery option to * business dat and paid the extra $*.**. now my estimated delivery date is ******** - one day earlier!! *how in the world is this item listed as prime eligible when it takes * full days to get delivered AND that is after paying almost **% of the cost of the item for shipping? i find this very deceiving for amazon to list the shipping options the way you did. your customers trust your company to be consistent in the way items are sold and delivered and to put the "prime" label next to this product is disappointing to say the least. i tried to cancel this shipment but was informed that it was too late despite the item not being delivered for another * days!**the order number is:*ORDER * ***-*******-*********at this point i feel that my $*.** for "expedited" shipping should be refunded. please respond asap.**stephen waterman
