The issue in GetHuman-mzrobers's own words
On October **th, ****, I received an email from Amazon: "Thanks for visiting Amazon.com! Per your request, we have successfully changed your password." Although I had not changed anything. Then on October **, ****, I received this: "Thanks for visiting Amazon.com! Per your request, we have changed the e-mail address associated with your account*The e-mail address associated with your account has been changed. The old address was *****@***.com. The new address is *****@***.com." Again I did not request this. **Now I'm completely locked out of my account.....I also noticed the Amazon website user interface appeared slightly off, before the lock out I had items in my cart but was hesitant to check out because the actual check out button which is yellow, looked slightly off...the color of the button was a different shade of yellow than I remembered and the "Amazon color yellow". **I spoke with customer service via telephone (clearly an at home agent, entirely too much noise in the background) but I'm not sure they totally understood my issue.

GetHuman-mzrobers did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
