I made an order for a Ravin Crossbow on Sunday with Order [redacted]-[redacted]. Being a Prime Member, I paid an additional $21 for one-day delivery guaranteed to be here today (Tuesday). However, I just received notice that it will arrive tomorrow. Despite speaking with customer service rep Shivam Kumae, who guaranteed it would come today, it seems it won't happen. Now I have to wait another day at home for the delivery. The situation is very disappointing and frustrating. Since I already have 2-day delivery as a Prime Member, I would like Amazon to refund the extra shipping fee I paid. Thank you, J. Barnum

I have been trying for over three hours to contact Amazon regarding an unauthorized package I received. Initially, I noticed changes to my account and couldn't log in. After attempting to reach customer service with no luck, I mistakenly emailed them from the wrong address. Upon checking my correct Amazon-associated email, I found a notification about a recent email address change on 10/27. Hello, I am reaching out from duijia regarding our Amazon account situation. I have tried contacting Amazon through the provided link numerous times, but I have not received any confirmations. Our account was banned for identity verification issues, and I discovered that multiple accounts were created by my predecessor. I only have a few email addresses and one phone number associated with these accounts. I placed an order for a Philips Bluetooth speaker with order ID #[redacted]-[redacted]. I selected Prime for quick delivery. The initial delivery date of October 30th got postponed to October 31st. After reaching out to the Delivery Boy at 11 AM, he promised delivery on the same day. However, when contacted again at 4 PM, I was informed that due to my location being off-route, the delivery would be pushed to the next day. I am upset with this excuse as managing the routes should not be my concern. A one-day delay is acceptable, but attributing it to being "out of the route" is disappointing. I am keen on receiving my parcel today as originally planned.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my account. It was locked right after I created it with Acer. Despite being a prime account, I have been unable to use it. I have sent emails and faxes per your request to verify my debit card details in order to unlock the account. I have also contacted you by phone, expressing my desire to close the account due to being charged monthly fees for prime benefits that I cannot access with the account being constantly locked. Currently, I am not in the USA, but my debit card remains active, and I continue to be charged repeatedly. Additionally, I am facing bank fees as my balance is now almost -$[redacted]. Although I was informed last month that my account would be closed, it remains open. I kindly request the closure of my account and a refund of all fees paid for the prime subscription, as I have been unable to benefit from it. I need help with a recent order issue. Back in August, I ordered decals from Decal the Walls through your site. They sent me the wrong order, and despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, I have not received a response. I even sent the package back with a letter outlining the issue. I recently purchased a $[redacted] Amazon gift card at a Safeway store last night. Upon attempting to redeem it, I encountered an issue with the scratch-off area. Last spring, I purchased a full bed frame through Amazon Warehouse Deals. Upon delivery, I realized I only received the 'Headboard Carton' and not the 'Bed Carton' containing essential parts. After ordering multiple books, I received an email claiming to offer a free sample of PHENTERAGE GARCINIA for just the shipping cost, due to being a loyal Amazon customer. I have reached out to the service center and Huawei Technical Support, but they are insisting on resetting the phone. Despite the government guidelines for mobile companies to assist users of BAND A10 devices in password resets without data loss, the support has not been helpful. It's frustrating that they don't seem to value users' data. I urgently need assistance as I have been locked out of my phone for the past week.

For the past two weeks, I've been struggling to log in to my Amazon account. When I tried to sign in, the system asked for the expiry date of my old credit card, which was cancelled six months ago.
