About a month ago I, for the FIRST time in my life, have tried to order some vitamins, etc from Amazon. I have got bewildered by the method of ordering, to such degree that I have deleted all of what I wanted to order. I thought that this was the last of it. Well, NO. From the latest of my bank statement, which arrived today, I could see that the Amazon has taken from my account £*.** on the ** Oct **, for NOTHING. The deduction is for something called: INT'L ********** Amazon Prime amzn.co.uk*pm. *So, obviously, the Amazon has kept my CARD DETAILS and wontomnly, for NOTHING, charged me £*.**. Please, on receipt of this complaint , would you immediately refund me the money taken from my bank account. Also, please, remove my all CARD DETAILS from ALL of your data, as I am not aware that I have ordered anything from you and will not pay out for any "ghosting" charges you may like to impose on me. *I am an OAP, who is now ** years old, on the "wife's handout" as "pension." I have not been brought up with the IT technology and I if I have deleted the ORDER WHICH I WANTED TO PLACE WITH YOU, I presumed that this would be the end of it. *Please, refund me my money, which has not done for me any service. I intend to go on Monday morning to my Bank (HSBC) and cancel anything with the Amazon logo on it and leave a note in the Bank with instruction of not paying ever anything that may come from the Amazon. I have been greatly disappointed with your firm. And I did not place an order with you because it was simply too difficult for me to do so.*Yours faithfully, *Mrs Barbara W Snellgrove
