The issue in GetHuman-jollyba's own words
I had placed an order for *****- during your festival sale. I was given cashback of ***. But when order was delivered, * items were missing. I was told that I would have to order them again. I was told I would be refunded the amount of the items, to the tune of ****-. Only *** was refunded. I called today n complained. I was refunded ***- more in the form of pay balance. There is still a shortfall of ****-. I was told that this cannot be given since this was part of instant cashback. Now my original order qualified for cashback. It was amazon's fault that * items were missing. I had to waste time reordering them. Now, I am suffering financially too becoz Amazon took payment for entire order but sent only half. Amazon is the one who split my order. I have spent at least ** mins with c care for the refund of ***- today. The guy at your end assured me he would refund ***- in my amazon account but he didn'the bother to do it despite a ** min call. I had to call up again and then the lady at your end refunded ***-. Pure harassment. Amazon needs to return my ****- which was originally refunded as instant cashback as you cannot cheat a customer of his rightful discount because of your fault.** Amazon has harassed and cheated me of my rightful discount. Action should be taken against that guy who promised me a refund of ***- but didn't bother to credit it. You can trace his identity since all calls are recorded. Pathetic performance in customer service by Amazon. *Jolly Bahadur ***********
