If you are having technical issues with your Sprint device then I suggest bringing the device into a store near you. You can use this locator to find the store - http://storelocator.sprint.com/locator/
The issue in GetHuman1366849's own words
This week my daughter gave me her rather old iPad. It works well, but it has OS *.*.*, which is the latest this device can accept. She had the Kindle App on here, working properly, and wiped the device before giving it to me, including that App, She assumed I would be able to reload it myself. But when we both tried to install it we were told that the iPad must have at least iOS ** for installation. When I installed Pandora and YouTube I was asked if I would want an older version of their Apps installed. I accepted and both work fine. Is there an older Kindle App available that would work? Apple Support said to ask you. Thanks!

I have an issue with Amazon too
How GetHuman1366849 fixed the problem
What I want is not available. It seems the only I can use Kindle on an iPad is to buy a new one. *-(
