Need to return an item. Please let me hear from you with some assistance.**I ordered from a website Dr. Socks *Soothers in mid September, **** but they do not fit and I don't even like them. I paid $**.** for * pairs of socks.*I don't have the original paperwork that would have been in the shipping box. Hubby threw it away! I have talked with an Amazon cust serv. lady and she gave me an order number but I cannot find where I wrote it down. I am very frustrated about this and hope you can help me. I cannot find an email or phone number for Dr. SocksSoothers to get any return and refund processed. My Amazon Prime somehow was involved with this order which I do not understand.
