I tried to set up a new account but the Amazon sign-in system indicated that my email address was already associated with an existing account. Therefore I requested a reset of my password. I received an email from Amazon to reset my password. I clicked on the link and proceeded to set up a new password. The system took my new password. I have tried to sign in into my account (even requesting the * number passcode) but now it states my account is frozen. It indicates an email will be sent to my email address on how to "un-freeze" my account. NO email has been sent.**I assume I must have set up an account with Amazon years ago but have not used your service for a long time. Not sure why your company does not have an online chat system. This is a very long winded way to reset a password. Maybe this was why I prefer not to do business with your company. Just spent over an hour trying to sign-in to buy * phone cases and glass protection screen covers. *Ian Price
