Hi. I want a refund for a list of Amazon Digital Service charges that I did not authorize. I would have disputed this sooner, but I wasn't aware of them until * weeks ago and due to personal and professional reasons, I haven't been able to dispute them until now. On March *, ****, I signed up for a ** day free trial for Amazon Music. Unfortunately, as I progressed through the days of my free trial, I made the mistake of losing track of how many days I had left and ended up getting charged monthly on the *th of every month, starting on April *, ****, going through December *, ****. The only reason I continued to use Amazon Music, long after my free trial was over, was because I assumed that Amazon Music was turned into a free service, since I couldn't see anywhere on the Amazon website where I had been charged for using Amazon Music, April **** through December ****. I would never have continued to use Amazon Music, for as long as I did after my free trial was over, had I known it wasn't turned into a free feature. All the Amazon Digital charges for **** in my account, are all Amazon Music and I would like all of that money back. I am disputing * different charges for Amazon Music and the total I am requesting for **** is $**.**.* * The last set of Amazon Digital charges I'm wanting to dispute are mainly from **** ( * charges from **** ), while * charge is from the very end of ****. Below is a list of Amazon Kindle Unlimited and Amazon Digital charges ( also Kindle Unlimited ) that I was billed for. I never in my life knowlingly authorized these transactions. There is a chance that I may have accidentally clicked a button and unbeknownst to me, it be a subscription, but I have no recollection of it. I have clicked orange buttons on the Amazon website, when reading about Amazon Kindle Unlimited, but they were buttons that specifically read, "learn more." I never signed up for the $*.** monthly fee to become a member. I never purchased anything from Amazon Kindle and every Amazon app I use is on my Kindle Fire HD ** and they're all free. All Amazon apps on my Kindle are free because when I bought my Kindle in February ****, Amazon already pre-installed their apps on it, so they were impossible for me to remove by myself. All the books I added to my Amazon Kindle through the bookstore were added to my Que, but they were all free. I never authorized any of these transactions. I want all of this money back for the below * charges and their dates: * Amazon Kindle Unlimited transactions from ********, *******, *******, *******, and *******. The other * charges are Amazon Digital charges ( which in this case is still Amazon Kindle Unlimited ) and they are for dates: *******, *******, *******, and *******. The total for this set of * charges I'm disputing equate to $**.**.** Adding both sets of charges together, from both paragraphs, I am disputing a total of ** charges that equate to $***.**. I want all of this money back and if not, my bank will get involved.
