Hi!**I am so frustrated and upset about a ** minute call I just had with one of your representative. She talked over me, she lectured me, she didn't listen to my concerns and when I stated my credit card and e-mail address was connected to my non-profit organization, she said that doesn't matter and we don't care if we are talking money away from cancer patients, we are a business! I asked for her name after that comment and she hung up on me. Ive been trying to cancel the account since May by calling in and yet each month it isn't cancelled. It automatically defaults to prime and then I am charged. I order in plenty of time. I am so upset that such a charitable organization would treat their customers that way. The credit card charges are paid for by my organization and my e-mail is work related, NOT PERSONAL. I find it hard to believe that we are arguing over **.**! I would be happy to share this experience with anyone I know. I am sure many would not be pleased to hear this. I appreciate your time. Next time, advise your reps to show compassion and concern for your customers. It is unlikely I will ever purchase from Amazon again. SO disappointing.
