Really? I can't call someone in sales and asked about the contradiction or misleading product on line sales? I just wanted to ask Amazon customer service why I was charge **.** more than I was led I would.

The issue in GetHuman-jonweb's own words
My name is John R. Weber and I bought a flashlight last week. When ordering I was promoted to obtain free shipping but needed to purchase about $*.** more. so to be eligible. So I bought a second flashlight foe *.**. Today I received the first product in a box. I suspect tomorrow I will receive the second product. Instead of being able to receive free shipping I became eligible for paying shipping twice and because I bought a second product I really didn't want. My order was: Order ****-*******-******* and Order ****-*******-*******.* Although I paid the full price, it was more out of frustration than understanding the process. All I know is what I thought was a **.** product and a *.** product turned out to cost me **.**. - I'm not impressed with your business. I spent ** minutes last trying to find a way to call customer service so I could discus my bank stamen charges, but couldn't fine a customer service number which would permit me to talk to some one.
GetHuman-jonweb did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
