Hello, I am from the United States and recently traveled to India for a meeting. I placed an order on Amazon on June 30th using a kind lady's address and phone number. However, the package has not arrived yet. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, my account is on hold, and I have not received any assistance. I requested to speak with a manager, but was denied access due to my account status. It has been over a month, and the situation remains unresolved. I believe the manager should reach out to me given the circumstances. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and the rudeness of the customer service representative, Mani. I have never experienced such poor service from Amazon before. I expect resolution and possibly compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I have encountered several issues while attempting to contact the customer service team regarding two minor problems. This frustrating experience began over a month ago with what was described as a "glitch." Recently, when inquiring about a giveaway prize I won but did not receive, I was informed that my account was unverified without any further explanation. Despite requesting to speak with a supervisor for clarification, I was advised to contact another department, improperly transferred during a chat session, and faced difficulties reaching a supervisor via phone. The lack of assistance and transparency has led me to question the benefits of my Prime membership. I am seeking to escalate my concerns to a manager or supervisor with a clear understanding of the situation.

Approximately two weeks ago, I added a gift card balance to my Amazon account. I used this balance to purchase a movie on Amazon Prime on Monday night. The following morning, I noticed an unauthorized purchase on my account for two Playstation gift cards, draining the remaining balance from my gift card. I immediately contacted Amazon, and despite changing my password, I was told there was no unauthorized activity on my account. After multiple attempts to rectify the situation and being promised follow-ups that did not occur, I was frustrated. Today, I received another email claiming there was no unauthorized activity, even though I did not make the purchase. After requesting to speak to a supervisor, I was met with rudeness and told the purchase was made from my laptop, which was not the case. I feel frustrated and dissatisfied with the handling of this situation by Amazon.

On August 4, [redacted], I tried to leave Seller Feedback on Amazon, but it was not posted due to concerns of a possible "relationship" with the product or seller. Upon checking my profile, I noticed that all my reviews, including recent ones, had been deleted. Additionally, when I tried to ask a community question, I was informed I needed to be in good standing. I reached out to Community Help twice seeking clarification but haven't received a response. Despite reviewing the guidelines, I couldn't find any violations. I have always been a respectful customer with many reviews posted and am puzzled by the blacklisting. It's disappointing as I believed Amazon valued its customers. I am unsure how to proceed. Should I share this issue on social media for opinions?

On 08/06/18, I placed an order for 4 pairs of Norty aqua shoes and 3 pairs of Ningmeng aqua shoes with a free Prieme offer. The order was due to arrive yesterday, but only one box, labeled as "foetrol," was delivered this morning. Upon checking the tracking information, it indicated that the order had been delivered, showing a picture in my account with the box and another package. However, upon opening them, only the box was found, and the shoes were missing. I was home the whole time, and the delivery person did not ring the bell or knock on the door. My name is Maria Y. I recently ordered the book "The Abolition of Man" on Amazon but found a better price at a local bookstore and decided to return it. I chose the option to have the refund credited to my Amazon account for convenience. However, when I made a new purchase, my credit was not applied correctly, causing confusion with my payment method. Amazon even defaulted to an inactive card. I had to switch the payment method to my credit card manually. I am frustrated with this return process. Dear Representative,
My husband and I recently applied for an Amazon credit card to earn 5% points on Amazon.com and Whole Foods Market purchases. During the Prime Day promotion at Whole Foods Market, we realized that only Prime Members could receive the 5% reward instead of the 3% we were getting, so we signed up for a 30-day Prime trial to test this out. However, upon checking my Chase credit card statement, I was dismayed to see that I was still earning 3% reward points instead of the promised 5%. After multiple calls to Chase and Amazon customer service, I was informed that I needed to manually upgrade my Amazon credit card on my account to receive the 5% reward. I am frustrated as I made purchases under the assumption of earning the higher reward rate. I plan to switch to a full year Prime membership and would like to request credit for the 2% difference between what I should have earned (5%) and what I actually earned (3%).
I feel I was misinformed by Whole Foods cashiers and lacked clarity from Amazon customer service. I would appreciate better communication regarding the necessary steps to receive the 5% reward in the future.

I cancelled the order on the same day, but I have not received the refund yet. On the same day (August 2, [redacted]), I placed another order for Hit Anti Roach Gel and made the payment of Rs.98 through a credit card and Rs.50 through Amazon payment. I placed an order for a mobile phone on the 9th with a promised delivery by 5 PM on the 11th. The delivery boy told me he would deliver by 6 PM but is now avoiding my calls after that time. I am still in the office waiting, as tomorrow is a holiday. It would have been better if he had updated me on his status. This experience with Amazone is disappointing. Requesting Amazone to ensure their delivery persons communicate promptly. I want to know why the delivery person is not answering calls. Request for a call back at [redacted] within 5 minutes. I purchased two Samsung fast chargers on August 3rd through a Prime order, along with two cords. The cords arrived promptly within two days, as expected. However, I've been waiting for the chargers, which are supposed to arrive today after an 8-day delay. This wait has left me without a charger for a week, contrary to my anticipation of a Sunday delivery due to the Prime order's in-stock status. Upon placing the order, it was indicated that the cords would arrive in two days, but the chargers would be delayed until Wednesday, without clarification. Order # [redacted]-[redacted] for Rabbit wine bottle stoppers was placed for gift items. The items, as shown in assorted colors in a neat case online, were disappointingly different upon arrival. Instead of the expected packaging, they arrived in a plain plastic bag and the colors did not match the website. This was meant to be a gift for an upcoming event, but I cannot use them. Sadly, returning them is not feasible due to high costs as I do not reside in the US. A refund would be greatly appreciated. I have been a loyal Amazon Prime member for many years. My [redacted] Prime membership payment of $[redacted].92 was successfully charged to my Visa on 1/29/18. Unfortunately, I am experiencing issues accessing my Prime membership using my current Gmail account as my Amazon purchase history prior to [redacted] has been erased. My previous email account [redacted] is no longer in use due to switching providers, and I am unable to access it. The delivery was scheduled for August 13th, however, upon checking today, I noticed that the shipment has been returned to the supplier.
After discussing this matter with one of your telecall agents, I was informed that the shipment was damaged during transit, leading to its return. I was advised to reorder the product. I am concerned because I had originally purchased the headphones at a discounted price, and I have now discovered that the current price is significantly higher, almost a 50% increase.

My ex-girlfriend, B.E., and her son, whose ex-husband is in a gang, have been causing significant issues for me. They have manipulated my phones and internet using an Amazon Web Services account, committing fraudulent acts and making unauthorized charges on my credit cards. Additionally, unauthorized access to my Xbox account has led to significant financial losses, including stolen Bitcoin. They have also spread false information in town, resulting in threats against me. These actions have even led to me being wrongly hospitalized due to false suicide threats made using my phone. I urgently need assistance to remove unauthorized access from various accounts, as these individuals have caused significant harm and damage to my life.
