This relates to a ********** Amazon Order * ***-*******-******* for * boxes of Toxbox Replacement Filter Media ** X ** ordered from Amazon *rd Party seller Clean Air Direct listed in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. Here's what I wrote to the company: Clean Air Direct: To Whom It May Concern: Today, I received a phone call from Innereco Environmental Inc USD (*** Coronation Drive Unit *** Scarborough, ON M*E *X*, phone ***-***-****), the manufacturer of Toxbox Replacement Filters, and they advised me that Amazon *rd Party Sellers, perhaps your company, may be selling counterfeit Toxbox Replacement Filters, or at least, that these *rd Party Sellers are not getting these filters from Innereco, the manufacturer. Frankly, I choose not to take the chance of being overcharged or having to pay duties on this merchandise, particularly when I am unable to contact your company directly (no address, email, or phone number listed on Amazon and no Google search results). So, effective immediately, I am canceling this order, and, if already shipped and you are unable to recall the shipment, please be advised that I will refuse the shipment and put a fraud alert on the credit card charge for this order. If you are selling legitimate merchandise, you will have to provide me with proof and you are welcome to contact me directly ASAP at ***-***-**** cell or ***-***-**** home to provide proof of the authenticity of this product. If you have any other questions or concerns, I suggest you contact Innereco Environmental Inc. directly.
