I was making a purchase on Amazon.fr then i make a transaction after few hours my account been blocked because of Security Purposes.The email looked like this:*(Translation from french)**Dear Customer,**There was a problem confirming your payment *information. To prevent improper use of your *credit card, we have placed your orders on hold *and locked your account. You will not be able to *place orders until we have verified your information.**To resolve this issue, we need to check a recent *VISA statement ending with ****. To download your *statement to our secure document portal, sign in *to your account and follow the instructions.**The following information must appear clearly on *the statement:*- Your name and billing address*- The last * digits of the card number For your *protection, make sure that only the last ** digits are displayed.**We will check your statement and respond *within ** hours. To protect your information, *we restrict access to your statement to a team *of account specialists. Our Customer Service *team can confirm that we have sent this email *but can not view your statement or learn more *about this issue.**We apologize for the inconvenience.**We ask that you do not open an account again as any new orders you place may be delayed.**Regards,**Account Specialist*Amazon.fr*The email was from *****@***.com .*I send a documentation on the Amazon secure documents.*..After ** hours of waiting no email and my *international account(Amazon.com) been *blocked as well now i cant even log in or *contact support center.
