I need to return a laptop purchased from you. Despite knowing my password, I am locked out (even though my hint was clear). I only had it set up for a day or two, during which I installed Norton and played some Facebook games. I am unable to remove any personal data from the laptop. Lenovo's attempted fix didn't work, and they mentioned it could be due to a Windows 10 update. I've prepared the return label but require assurance that all personal information will be deleted from the laptop before returning it. Thank you, Tom B.

I returned a broken tea pot, got a refund, and ordered another one which arrived in good condition. Recently, I was notified of a charge for the tea pot that was returned. I have proof of return and statements showing the return was on May 22. I can provide copies of this information if needed. Please advise on where I can send this documentation. I am disappointed by the lack of customer support options with Amazon. My concern involves a billing error. I was charged $14.06 on June 29, [redacted], then cancelled my Amazon Prime membership by July 7, [redacted], resulting in a credit on the same day. However, I was charged $14.06 again on July 10, [redacted]. I cancelled my account again on July 18th, and received a confirmation email for the second time. I am hopeful that this resolves the issue and I expect a full refund of $14.06 for the duplicate charge. Thank you.

This past fall, I ordered nine or ten books from Amazon. The orders were split into six Order Numbers, each for a different delivery date. All orders but one arrived correctly and on time. Order number [redacted]-[redacted] was meant to have 4 items, as per an email I received. However, on July 11, [redacted], I only received one book from that order. After contacting customer service at [redacted] on July 12th, I was promised a call back but never received one. Following up on July 16th, I spoke with a representative named Marc for about 20-25 minutes. Despite his assurance of a call back within half an hour, I did not receive any further communication. I just want to know the status of the remaining three items from this order. When can I expect to receive them? Thank you for your assistance. -Warren W.

I am experiencing an issue with my Amazon account. After receiving a poor-quality hat and returning from my vacation, I tried to leave a review for it, but was unable to. Strangely, I am now unable to leave reviews for any recent purchases, and all previous reviews and helpful votes have disappeared from my account. I recently received this email from Amazon regarding a disputed transaction and account hold due to payment issues. The email includes transaction details and a request for payment information. However, I want to clarify that I have not made any purchases from Amazon in the last 6 months. I believe there has been a mistake, and I would like this order and account hold to be canceled. I have placed two orders using the email address [redacted] The package was scheduled to arrive today with the two items I ordered. However, my account has been closed without explanation, even though I am a new Amazon user. I was informed that my orders will be refunded, yet the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, which is not the case since I did not receive it. There was someone at home all day, so we would have noticed if it had been delivered. I request a refund for the two items: MacBook Pro 13 Case and MacBook Air/Pro 13.3 Inch Sleeve Case. My card was charged for these items, but I have not received anything.

As an Amazon seller, I was promised payment on various dates but have yet to receive it. This delay has caused financial strain, leading to late fees and credit damage. I am frustrated with Amazon's lack of transparency and want the payment owed to me without further delays. I do not appreciate their business practices and expect prompt resolution. Dear Sir/Madam, I kindly request assistance with my Save and Subscribe orders. Despite being a Prime member, I have not received my orders placed more than a month ago since June 14. Despite my numerous calls, the issue remains unresolved. Orders placed on July 12th, 13th, and 14th have not been delivered as expected on July 20th, leading to frustration. I expect prompt delivery today. Additionally, I request a one-month extension of my membership due to the inconvenience and missed deals caused by the delayed orders. I encountered an issue when attempting to post a review for a product I recently purchased. Upon clicking the "write a review" button, a message informed me that my previous review did not adhere to the guidelines and suggested bias. This is puzzling as I have never reviewed or even bought the item before. Subsequently, when trying to review a different product, I encountered the same message. I am perplexed as I hold no bias towards any sellers on Amazon. Specifically, I wanted to review a new TV Fire Cube directly from Amazon. This sudden restriction has left me frustrated, especially since no explanation was provided by Amazon regarding the block on my reviews despite successfully posting one in mid-June.

I ordered an item on July 18th with Order # [redacted]-[redacted] through Amazon Prime which I have an account with. The item was supposed to have 2-day shipping as stated, and it was crucial to receive it before 7/21 for my brother's RV installation. Unfortunately, I just received the item, missing the deadline. This is not the first instance where a Prime order did not arrive in the promised 2 days. With the recent significant increase in Prime account costs of over 25%, this level of service is unacceptable. Products should not be advertised with 2-day shipping if the delivery commitments cannot be met. This situation was especially urgent as we needed the item by the stated delivery date.

I placed an order on Monday, July 16, [redacted], and it was shipped the following Tuesday with an expected arrival date of Friday, July 20th, by 8 PM. I tracked the package through UPS's automated system yesterday, and it was out for delivery with no designated arrival date. After checking again today, I received the same response. Where is my package, Amazon? Waiting the whole day on Friday for a package can be frustrating, especially with subpar delivery service. I plan to return the items once they arrive and leave a negative customer satisfaction rating. This is the second time a package has been delayed, leading to disappointment.

I received another package from Amazon at a different address, and I need to determine which carrier was responsible for the delivery error. The address on the box was correct, so this issue was not caused by Amazon. Unfortunately, the box does not indicate the shipping carrier used. I want to address this matter with the correct carrier rather than blame the wrong one for a mistake they didn't make. Could you please help me identify which carrier was responsible for delivering this package to the wrong address? I eagerly ordered 8 shatter-resistant cups, expecting them on Friday, July 20th through Amazon. Upon receiving a notification of their imminent arrival while at work, I later returned home to find no package on my doorstep. Despite a picture in the app indicating delivery, the package was nowhere in sight. I checked with neighbors to no avail. I would appreciate a replacement or refund for the missing cups, as I was genuinely looking forward to them and had carefully chosen them for a specific purpose.
