I seem to be having a problem with my Amazon account. I recently recieved a hat which was terrible quality, when I returned from my holiday I went to leave a review on the item and it wouldnt let me. Infact it wont let me leave a review for any recent purchases. Any other reviews and helpful votes on my account have also seemed to vanish. Can someone please help me on why this has happened. I have been a loyal frequent customer of Amazon for many many years and this has never happened before. Can someone please look into this for me to see why this has happened. *I would like Amazon to try and rectify the problem. Buying online can be risky so I rely on reading reviews on products before I purchase them. I like to try and return the favour for other purchases by writing about my own experiences and thoughts. I am disappointed that all my words and thoughts are now gone. Can someone please fix this.*Many Thanks Ashlene.
