I have to return a laptop I bought through you. I am locked out of it, despite knowing my password (I saw my hint which was unambiguous). I only had it set up for a day or two and had done little but set up Norton and play some fb games. **that said, there is no way for me to remove any personal data from the machine. I spoke to the manufacturer (Lenovo) and after their work-around failed, the tech support person told me the problem was most likely caused by a windows ** update.**I've printed a label and am ready to return the laptop, but before I return the item, I need some assurance from you that you will make sure that any personal info on the machine is deleted.**please advise.**thanks**tom brown
