The issue in GetHuman-onlineti's own words
I returned two items (order number ***-*******-*******) in their original delivery box using Amazon's returns service. They credited my account accordingly.**I have now been issued a reminder via email to return one of the items despite them both being returned (as delivered) in the same package. Amazon have acknowledged receipt of the other item in the package.**If Amazon have received one item, then they have received the other.**The email states that I will be recharged for this item unless returned by January **th. I cannot return it as I don't have it - Amazon do!**The obvious resolution from Amazon is to accept that they have received the item and that I won't be charged for it.
GetHuman-onlineti did not yet indicate what Amazon.com (UK) should do to make this right.
