I have used my bar code instore top up using a paypoint retailer today. my card has been debited , I have a paypoint receipt. I have an email from Amazon saying my amazon account has been credited with £** Serial number: **************** *timed today at **:** when I got home I checked my account for both my £** I had paid and the expected £* bonus incentive. neither were in my account. I looked in my emails and I have an email at **:** saying funds had been added incorrectly Serial number: **************** *Date and time: ** December **** **:**:** GMT
