Hello, I recently purchased a jacket on Aliexpress for 40€. Unfortunately, the jacket I received does not match the description at all. It has a baggy cut, is much shorter than advertised, and the picture on the back is low quality compared to what was shown. I opened a dispute for a refund, and the seller requested I send it back for inspection. They mentioned a free local return and provided a link to obtain a shipping label. I followed the instructions, but I realized I can only get the shipping label through the dispute process, which has already been closed. I have contacted the seller multiple times, but they keep repeating the same instructions about the return process. I am extremely frustrated and unsure of what to do next. If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Hello, I recently made a purchase through the Socialgood application, using it to search and buy a product from AliExpress. However, it seems that the purchase did not go through Socialgood as intended. I'm unsure if it was completed through AliExpress. I would like to either cancel this order or receive confirmation from Socialgood that my purchase was made through their platform. A bit about Socialgood: They are partnered with AliExpress. I conducted the search and purchase on Socialgood, completing all transactions with them. Unfortunately, my SG coins haven't been deposited into my account because it doesn't show that the purchase was done through Socialgood on AliExpress. I am reaching out regarding a dispute I opened on 01 February [redacted] with Beauty Lover Store due to receiving damaged goods that did not match the images from the purchase. On 02 February [redacted], I agreed to your proposal number 2 for the return and reimbursement of the items with the return costs to be covered by the seller. Despite following your instructions sent via email to coordinate the payment method for the shipment with the seller, I have been informed by the seller on 03 February that the return costs are to be borne by me as the buyer, contradicting what was previously communicated. I have shared the guidelines provided by AliExpress with the seller, but my messages are being ignored. I am experiencing an issue with my order delivery. I received an email notification from AliExpress dated February 2, [redacted], informing me that my order ([redacted][redacted]) has been delivered to my local post office for pick up. However, upon checking my mailbox, I did not find the package. I visited two post offices in Los Angeles to collect it, but they were unable to locate the package without a USPS tracking number, which I do not possess. I bought a pair of shoes on AliExpress a few weeks ago. On January 28th, I got an email saying the package was delivered. I checked my home, community mailbox, and post office, but couldn't find it. I believe I was scammed or the package got lost. I messaged the seller but didn't get a response. I raised a dispute with AliExpress with evidence, but it was rejected because the tracking shows delivery. I can prove I didn't get the package and want a refund or for them to resend the item.

Order Number: [redacted] Wheelway Store Hello, I placed an order for a silver wheel for my scooter, but the seller sent me a black wheel without my approval. Currently, the black wheel is with FedEx in Israel as the seller declined to retrieve it. Although PayPal stepped in and the seller agreed to a refund, they have not requested the wheel back from FedEx. I insist on the silver wheel I originally ordered. The seller's decision to send a black wheel without consulting me is unacceptable. Despite my request, the seller has not agreed to cancel the order or provide a refund. I recently purchased hair based on promising reviews, only to receive a poor-quality product that resembles horse hair. It's impossible to even comb it. When I contacted the seller for a refund, they offered it in exchange for leaving a positive review and dropping my dispute. Reluctantly, I initiated the dispute due to the unsatisfactory purchase. Despite their promise to refund half of the amount if I complied with their request, I declined to deceive others. Unfortunately, they did not refund me as agreed, leaving me disappointed as a student who values hard-earned money.

On January 21, [redacted], I purchased [redacted] FFP2 masks through AliExpress, but only received [redacted]. The remaining masks were returned from Austria without my knowledge. I have spent a month contacting the post office and customs to resolve this issue. Despite reaching out to the seller multiple times, I have not received any recent responses. Hello. Approximately a month ago, I purchased hair from AliExpress for $[redacted], plus shipping and tax, totaling $[redacted].83. However, upon wearing the hair for four days, it became apparent that it was not human hair as advertised. The hair tangled easily and shed excessively when combed. Seeking a refund, I contacted the seller, who demanded a fake 5-star review in exchange for a refund. Feeling this request was unreasonable, I complied but planned to delete the review post-refund. The seller only refunded $32, citing the cut lace as a reason for the partial refund, despite the necessity of trying the hair. Unfortunately, AliExpress does not permit review edits once submitted, leading to potential misleading positive feedback. The seller's actions seem deceptive and demanding, and I aim to recover my funds. I have evidence of the seller's refund conditions and screenshots of their request for a fake review.

To date, I have not received any response. I provided the information you requested regarding the delivery company (Urbano Express) confirming that the order never reached Trujillo or my address, as indicated in the tracking history due to an error in my address. However, they only provided me with a screenshot of their system, which I attached to my previous message showing that the tracking number has been canceled. I also suggest working with reputable delivery companies to avoid misleading or defrauding buyers. I have never encountered issues like this when ordering through AliExpress; my packages were always delivered to my address. Despite multiple messages through "Eva" stating that my package did not arrive, Urbano Express did not acknowledge this and claimed the dispute was closed, despite the evidence I provided. I am still requesting a refund and await your response. Thank you. I have just sent a new message, but I never receive a response.

I have been a loyal Ali customer for quite a while now. Unfortunately, I recently had a terrible experience with a seller on the app. The shoes I purchased looked nothing like the picture, and the zipper broke as soon as I received them. The seller is refusing to issue a full refund, which has left me feeling extremely disappointed. It's disheartening to think that Ali allows such dishonest sellers on their platform. I purchased a Ulefone phone in September [redacted] with an expected delivery date of October. Unfortunately, the phone never arrived, leading me to wait until November to dispute the order. During the exchange between October and November with the seller and AliExpress customer service, both parties assured me of a refund upon filing the dispute. However, upon opening the dispute, the AliExpress team mentioned that my buyer protection had expired and lacking evidence of the seller's fault, the money was released back to Ulefone. As of February, I remain without the phone and €[redacted] out of pocket. I possess screenshots and evidence to support my case.

I received a delivery notification at work indicating that my item was delivered with a signature, but the name on the signature was incorrect and didn't match mine. When I arrived home, there was no package outside my door, and my neighbor didn't see anything either. Normally, a delivery card is left if I'm not home, but this time there was nothing. I live in a ground floor flat with easy access to the main door, where deliveries should not be left unattended. The order supposedly arrived on January 30th, and I immediately opened a dispute. The seller responded just before AliExpress was going to step in to handle the case. I'm uncertain of the next steps because I made the purchase through a guest account but used PayPal for payment, unsure if this information is relevant.
