Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about a supplier who has been unable to deliver the electric item I ordered due to unreliable courier services. I placed the order on September 9, [redacted], but have not received it even though it should have reached Sri Lanka by now. Despite multiple reminders, the supplier has not provided satisfactory responses. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires suppliers to fulfill their responsibility of delivering orders. I kindly urge you to address this issue promptly. I purchased an Android car radio, but the display arrived damaged. The touchscreen was functional, and there were no scratches. After contacting the supplier, they claimed to have sent a replacement screen twice. I received a tracking number once, but upon checking later, I saw it was headed 500km away from my location. Subsequently, I never received the replacement screen. I decided to order a replacement screen, and only after paying for it did the supplier send it to me. I ended up paying a total of an additional [redacted] Euros for the screen, import tax, and repair services.

Hello, I've been a long-time customer on AliExpress, often dealing with companies such as Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. I am familiar with the refund and ordering processes. However, I am deeply disappointed that my orders from last year have neither arrived nor been refunded. I have been trying to find a hotline or email contact for AliExpress, but haven't had any luck. I placed an order #[redacted][redacted], but when I tried to cancel it using my credit card, the payment was not accepted. I attempted with another credit card and encountered the same issue. My bank confirmed that both transactions were authorized successfully, and I have been charged on both of my credit cards. On the website, the order still shows as unpaid. The bank provided me with two authorization codes. Please advise on how to proceed to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I filed a dispute for my order with number [redacted][redacted]. I bought the item because of its size, and although the seller mentioned a small margin of error in measurements, the actual difference in size is much larger. I don't want to return the item due to high shipping costs because of its weight. I would prefer a partial refund and keep the item. The proposed solution of returning the item is not feasible, as the shipping costs exceed the refund amount. I'm looking for a more practical resolution from the dispute team. I'm open to a partial refund as a compromise. Sending the item back with tracking via DHL would cost €42.99, while the item itself cost around €25.

I have filed a dispute regarding order number [redacted][redacted]. The item I received is significantly smaller than described by the seller, with a difference of around 7cm instead of 8.8cm at its biggest part. I am willing to accept a partial refund rather than returning the item due to high shipping costs. The proposed solution of returning the item is not feasible due to the shipping expenses exceeding the refund amount. I am suggesting a compromise of a partial refund of 15€, considering the item's cost and shipping fees. I hope the dispute team can assist in finding a fair resolution that benefits both the buyer and seller.

I ordered a wig on Sunday for £[redacted] but did not receive a confirmation email after payment. I reached out to the seller, who claimed they had not received the payment. I contacted my bank, and they informed me that the transaction was pending. Today, the bank confirmed the transfer has been completed. However, when I checked with the seller again, they still insisted they hadn't received the order or payment. My bank provided me with the authorization code AVWP9V. I am requesting a refund if I cannot receive my order.

I purchased some rings and requested a refund from the seller as I wasn't satisfied with them. I arranged guaranteed delivery to China for £18. Dear all, I recently purchased a Pagani Design BB58 from the Trendy Men's Watch Store. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the watch was broken. I promptly contacted the store with a video showcasing the defect. Despite acknowledging the issue with the watch, they refused to provide a refund. Their suggestion was for me to undertake the repairs myself if they sent me the replacement part. The store intentionally delayed responding, seemingly to surpass the time limit for submitting a dispute. Their behavior was manipulative and disrespectful. Upon agreeing to fix the watch independently, they later canceled the order for the replacement part. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I am adamant about receiving a refund for the faulty watch I received. It is unacceptable how poorly I have been treated throughout this process. I urge for a swift resolution to this matter. During the Black Friday sales, I purchased a phone but did not have enough money at the time of payment, so the phone remained on hold. Later, I topped up my bank account and attempted the payment again, but received a message that the item was out of stock (even though the seller had reportedly restocked with thirty units). Most of the items I ordered were delivered to the incorrect address. Despite having the correct address on file, the distribution team continues to use the wrong address on the shipping labels. I have about 20 to 30 photos highlighting the wrong address marked in red, proving the error was on the company's end. I have experienced a significant financial loss due to missing merchandise and have had unpleasant interactions with the sellers. I urgently require a resolution to this ongoing issue.

This is my second update regarding the issue. The woman said she would resolve it, but she has not fulfilled her promise, and now she is saying she won't address it. I ordered a pair of boots from her, but instead, I received two left-footed boots. I no longer wish to receive any more boots; I am requesting a full refund for the entire amount paid. The mismatched boots are of no use to me as they are both for the left foot.

The Weinsky Online Store, the seller, initially approved my request for a free return. However, upon receiving the faulty return label that omitted vital address details, my return package became undeliverable. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation by asking for the correct address, the seller only provided a link to general claims information instead of the needed specifics. As a result, my return claim faces expiration without resolution. The package currently sits at the local UPS office, waiting for pickup, but due to the missing information, the seller fails to claim it. This ordeal leaves me unable to fulfill the return within the specified window and casts doubts on the seller's commitment to their free return policy.

I have an order number: [redacted][redacted]. AliExpress instructed me to return the item for a refund, which I did at my own expense. However, you are claiming that there are no return details for the item. I have proof of the return being tracked. The issue appears to be on the seller's side due to a lack of a valid ID certificate, as shown in the screenshots I provided. Unfortunately, the live chat support is not helpful in resolving the problem, leaving buyers like me at a disadvantage in such situations.
