The seller, "Briame C&J Store," charged me $1.66 for the item, but my order was closed. The message stated that the order was closed due to security issues with their accounts and advised me to reorder later or remove the coupon and try again. I am seeking advice on how to either receive the headphones I purchased or get a refund from Briame C&J Store.

I need assistance with returning an item to AliExpress. The item I received is too small, and I'd like to exchange it for a larger size. I opened a dispute, even though I do not have any issues with the seller, as it seems to be the only way to request an exchange. The seller agreed to the return, but I am unable to download the free return label from the site or obtain a tracking number, which is necessary for the return. There is no listed address for AliExpress in case I need to cover the shipping cost myself. Time is running out, and I have a few days to send the item back. I placed an order with AliExpress and received a message regarding the delivery with a tracking number. Unfortunately, the parcel was delivered to the wrong person. Order ID: [redacted][redacted] View Detail Order time: 03:09 Jul. 27, [redacted] Store name: Fun for Road Store View Store | Contact Seller Order amount: €[redacted].65 After using it only a few times, I left it in the garage as usual, and the next morning it wouldn't turn on. The bike doesn't work, possibly because the controller is broken since externally it's in perfect condition and the battery is okay (it charges correctly and shows it's charged). I would like the free shipment of the replacement part using the manufacturer's or seller's warranty, and then have it installed at my expense by a specialized center nearby. How can I access the service since the seller is not responding, or delaying by asking for videos and photos that I have already sent multiple times? THANKS

I purchased a replacement LCD Display for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, and it arrived promptly. However, upon unpacking and connecting it, I discovered that the Display was not functioning. I contacted the seller, who requested a video showing how I connected the Display. After sending the video, they advised me to open a dispute and return the package at their expense for a refund. I provided my PayPal details as requested. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding as the seller claimed they couldn't find my email associated with PayPal, even though I confirmed it was correct. The dispute was closed without resolution and I have not received any refund or replacement Display. I purchased hair from AliExpress, but I recently moved and forgot to update my new apartment address. At my previous complex, they return packages for old residents promptly when Fedex is present or upon the next delivery. I have shown proof that my old address returned my package and I contacted Fedex (reference number). Order [redacted]: I opened a dispute as soon as my package arrived because the product looked nothing like the photos from when I ordered. I asked for a refund and for the return costs to be covered as agreed. The supplier refunded me 8 euros, and the dispute was closed. I kept in touch, and now they are asking me to return the items for a refund. I have sent everything back with proof, but now they seem to be ignoring me. I demand a refund for this order and the return costs totaling 8.95.

Regarding order [redacted][redacted] placed on 08/19/[redacted] for a neoprene jacket and pants, which I returned on 09/14/[redacted] in a single package with tracking number PQ5Q1K[redacted]128947F (provided by AliExpress), I was refunded for the pants (€39.24). I kindly request a refund for the jacket (€81.47), which, as mentioned, was sent together with the pants in the same package. AliExpress mistakenly considered it returned late in the dispute, despite my email attempt through OCU remaining unanswered. Though AliExpress may see this as insignificant, it holds importance for me due to my financial situation post Covid-19. I urge you to reimburse the amount of €81.47 as it is fair. I expect nothing less from a company like AliExpress, and I believe doing so would not only uphold their reputation but also benefit all merchants selling on the platform, especially those from China, my paternal grandfather's homeland.

I placed an order for a cat tree from PET SWEETIE HOUSE for approximately $48.5. Shortly after, the seller informed me that the item was out of stock but still charged me. They mentioned the item would be available on January 18th. Despite my requests for a refund, they repeatedly asked if I wanted a smaller item for the same price, which I declined. When I insisted on a refund, they advised me to cancel the order without stating the true reason for it being out of stock, asking me to provide a different reason. I refused to comply with the false reason they requested and they rejected my cancellation attempts until they sent the order. Now, they are delaying my refund process by making me wait 10 days before I can open a dispute, extending the waiting time further. I am frustrated by their actions and demand a refund promptly.
