okay my name is James Franklin and I have an account with drop-side someone has made a purchase and I was trying to make good on that purchase because I obviously had things connected the wrong way and my dropify app I manually try to put in the details I want to be shipped and somehow it was recorded as being shipped from my address so the money is came to my account and I have been able to successfully purchase one of the items with the customers money that was deposited to my account and now I'm trying to make the other purpose for the other item that they already paid for but for some reason computer is saying that my card number is invalid * times and now because of security issues they say that they have Frozen me reader the transaction has been flagged due to security concerns error code cast **** to * please help
