I paid for jacket **.** pounds and for return of item **.** pounds back to China

I just want my money back from the entire price of jacket which I paid on it. ... Hi there, I am Romulus Donisa and I use this email for aliexpress *****@***.com (my address is Carter Street **A, DN***SL, Goole United Kingdom) ..right..I had a dispute on aliexpress which is almost finished now because aliexpress I think and I just want my money back because I did returned an item(a jacket with the order ID ***************) at seller back to China and I paid as well for return.. And now aliexpress did an escalated proposal with * pounds.. so no money back for me and no item plus paid for return and they want f.. g I don't know which kind of proof about the item.. I say again the item is not longer at me.. I don't have any in this time.. They can check about the item if is there to the seller(MANDI Store) and that's set.. I want the right things to happen not like in this way.. I am very unhappy and very disappointed about AliExpress. Thank you

Maybe they didn't check about the item which is already to the seller back to China.. They have as well the tracking number of item (RN*********GB) or the seller is part of this ''problem'' to say..

The Aliexpress to give me my money back from the item, this is al I want it..

Because I do always shopping on Aliexpress weekly monthly this mean I am not a ordinary customer and platinum member one

Please do this for me and I will thank you a lots*Ps. Yeap I did tried to contact them but without any response from them :(
