Hello,*On the **th of October I made a reservation on Agoda website on behalf of my friends that were supposed to come to Thailand in February. It was easier for me as I currently live in Bangkok. The reservation concerns two rooms in Lima Coco Hotel in Koh Samet for the period of **-** February. The number of the reservation is *********.* As soon as I got the information that my friends were obliged to cancel their vacation I went to the reservation page and cancelled the above stay in Lima Coco. It was written during the procedure that the reservation is cancelled but I didn’t get any email with confirmation of annulation. By that time I didn’t pay attention to it perhaps because I am a new client and I didn’t know that it was required . Today morning I found out that the reservation was paid from my account. I’m devastated and shocked by this information because I just don’t understand how this could happen. I believe that there was a electronic problem in the system that occurred as I’m sure that I cancelled the reservation. This is why I would like to kindly ask you for a refund of the whole cost and cancellation of this reservation. * I’m counting on your help and to a positive consideration of my cas especially that it was my first contact with Agoda.*Sincerely yours,*Anna L*onard *A*****@***.com*************
