So disappointing, done my bookings a month ago in behalf of my Boss using the card of my office mate. Then I was surprised that Anya Hotel Tagaytay required the guess to pay in full due to absence of physical credit card. **I was advised that Agoda transferred the booking to Booking.com who has different policy on online bookings. As a client I don't care where to lodge my online bookings *i wanted a hassle free transaction that is why we proceed to online bookings. **The guess brought the xerox copy of the card, ID of the credit card holder and authorization letter. **Worst the hotel staff recommend for succeeding bookings NOT TO engaged to AGODA, preferably direct to Hotel website which is now I*m thinking more convenient. **I used to book at AGODA often for its reliability before but now no more bookings at your page.
