Dear Sir or Madam, I am reaching out to dispute two charges from AGODA.COM totaling $[redacted].36, dated June 30th, [redacted]. I was researching rates for a stay at the Wyndham Hotel Atlanta Galleria and found AGODA.COM to offer the best rate. After encountering technical issues on the website, I booked with Expedia and received immediate confirmation. Despite contacting AGODA customer service, I was informed the charges are non-refundable due to their policy. I kindly request the removal of these charges and any related finance fees. On July 5th, my family and I had reservations at the Surf Break Hotel in Virginia Beach through GoTo.com. We arrived at 4:15 PM for a 4 PM check-in but were informed that our room wasn't ready until 6:15 PM. Upon entering our room, we found trash, dirty linens, cigarette butts, and dirty diapers by the door. Additionally, the balcony screen door was broken. The next day, the safe in our room was also broken, causing inconvenience. As we dealt with these issues, $[redacted] was stolen from my purse. Hotel staff fixed the door and safe but took five hours to remove the trash. I reported the theft, but the manager brushed off my concerns. After unsuccessful attempts to address the situation, I filed a police report for larceny. I reserved two deluxe double rooms at Hotel Golden Sand in Velankanni, Tamilnadu, India for July 28-29 using Booking ID [redacted]69. I inquired about the check-in and check-out times before my journey, and I was informed it was a 24-hour duration. However, upon arriving at 8 am on the 28th, I was told only one room was available, which was not up to standard. We were finally given rooms [redacted] & [redacted] by 11:30 am. Unfortunately, both rooms were substandard – dirty, with concrete cots, unclean bedsheets, no toiletries, and dusty bathrooms and corridors. The staff was rude when we addressed these issues, stating we would only get such rooms if booking through Agoda. Despite their checkout time of 9 am on the 29th, they allowed us to keep one room until 11 am due to the delayed check-in. This was my first negative experience with your company. My partner and I are loyal customers who had a disappointing experience with a booking at PP House in Koh Tao, Thailand. Our original reservation was cancelled without our doing, causing us to rebook the same room and be charged twice, totaling £16.04 extra. Additionally, the room did not have the advertised air conditioning as mentioned in the description, leading us to pay an extra fee. We seek a full refund of £32.08 for these inconveniences. While browsing the Agoda app for hotels for my parents, I unintentionally made a booking. Later, I was surprised to receive a confirmation email for a non-refundable deal. After canceling the booking through the app, I discovered I am not eligible for any refund. I reached out via email but anticipate a delayed response. I contacted Gateway Canyon Resorts to cancel our stay due to my wife's uncle's passing. They confirmed the cancellation and assured no charge. However, I received an unexpected charge notification from Agoda for $[redacted].11, almost charging me for the canceled room. I assume there was a misunderstanding, considering the circumstances. Dear all, Currently in Europe with my wife facing phone troubles, I suspect I accidentally booked and paid for a room, as shown in the attached document. We do not need this room and would like a refund. Luckily, I already managed to secure a room with the same hotel for the evening of the 5th, and they were helpful. We have made three bookings with you. The first booking confirmation number is [redacted]97, but the payment has not been processed yet. Kindly charge the registered credit card for this booking as soon as possible as initially scheduled for October 2. The second booking number is [redacted]41, and the third booking number is [redacted]61. The vouchers state that clients need to present a credit card and passport copy at check-in, but as a travel agent making payments on their behalf, we cannot provide this physically. We can send the required copies via email instead. We are awaiting your response. Thank you.

To Agoda Team, I am experiencing issues with the Agoda website regarding a recent booking I made last night at around 9 pm. Initially, when I tried to make the first booking, it displayed a "session time out" message, which prevented me from proceeding to the next page to receive my booking confirmation. Subsequently, with the help of my daughter, we re-entered all the details and made another booking, resulting in two identical confirmed bookings where both have already been charged to my bank account. I believe this discrepancy is due to a technical problem with the Agoda website. I kindly request assistance to address this matter promptly. Please cancel and refund the first booking with ID - [redacted]21 (where the session timed out) and keep the successful booking with ID - [redacted]01. We had a booking at Parakkat Hotel in Kerala from August 13-15. We have paid in full but due to the recent floods in Kerala, we feel it's unsafe to travel there. We would like to cancel our booking and are hoping for a full refund due to this natural disaster. The hotel owner has agreed to refund the entire amount. I have been unable to reach you. Unable to book through the website as it is refusing my debit card. I have also tried using Visa cards, even three extra ones including my daughter's, but all were rejected. I was trying to book the Brisbane Springvalley apartment studio with a double bed for $[redacted] NZD including taxes. With a 42% off deal which came to $[redacted] NZD after a 5% promotion, for a 5-night stay from November 29th to December 4th. I have been trying to reserve for the last 2 hours. I have emailed you and messaged through the app, but no response. As I am currently in New Zealand, I have no other means to contact you except through my cell phone. Hello everyone. I made a hotel reservation to stay in Glasgow starting tomorrow, but I received a message yesterday saying there was a mistake in the booking - our room was reserved for 3 people instead of 4. The hotel, Mclays Guest House, instructed me to contact Agoda to cancel the booking. I'm not sure whether to try booking a different hotel or if we should just manage with 3 people in the room while I (the mother) stay outside all night if the reservation can't be canceled.

Good morning, I am inquiring about a refund for a booking issue I encountered at Bungalows Salty River in Kompot, Cambodia. I booked a reservation at SunStyle Inn and Suites through Agonda on August 13 for check-in on August 15. Despite not having an account, my payment from card ending in [redacted] was deducted. The hotel claimed Agonda informed them the payment didn't go through, but my card had been charged. As I was unable to check-in due to this confusion, I request a refund from Agonda as the payment was successful and the hotel was wrongly informed about its status.

Upon arriving at the hotel after a 16-hour journey, I discovered that the hotel I had booked was closed and my reservation had been transferred to another location without any prior notification. I have encountered an issue with Agoda concerning a booking error in Nuremberg. Funds were taken from my account for two rooms on August 12th, [redacted], and despite my request for cancellation on August 4th, the booking was not canceled by Agoda. I have tried contacting them repeatedly through Get Human to resolve this, to no avail. As I am planning to return to Australia on August 27th, I am growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of assistance. I made an online booking just a few minutes ago for a two-night stay starting tomorrow. The booking indicated free cancellation. However, after entering my credit card details, I received a confirmation for a booking on August 21st, a date I did not request. I noticed that it was mistakenly marked for the 21st instead of the 19th and corrected it. Upon contacting the hotel, they mentioned that they might not have a room available and advised me to reach out to you for assistance as they are unable to cancel it.
