I booked al sin palace hotel in Abu Dhabi,paid in full upfront and gave all necessary information,however when we arrived,hotel staff point blank refused to let us check in although the booking day has started,it was after * ‘o’clock..they asked us for extra money for check in and were downright insulting and unprofessional,staff used double meaning words and we had to go through a **** of deal in midnight searching for another hotel and booking via front desk!*When I complained,I received a message through agoda that amount has been refunded,but I still haven’t received it yet .*Moreover,I am so pissed at staff attitude and agoda did nothing to at least rate that hotel down!*Please refund my amount at least ASAP *I was a good customer of agoda but after this,I won’t book with them ever again !*Bad experience!
