I cancelled my booking at Rio Hotel Macau before its deadline for free cancellation. I received a confirmation mail from agoda that my booking was cancelled WITHOUT Charges. But when I checked my credit card account used for the booking, I was charged with the full amount. I have already emailed your office for the reversal but my bank told me that no confirmation of reversal from your bank has been sent to my bank as of yeaterday. Please do something about this as soon as possible. I hope that the full amount will be refunded before my due date for my credit card payment which is on November **, ****.
