Thank you for the Chat Assistance. I would like to inquire status in trying to shorten my stay with Baan Lamai Resort for the following reasons***. Failure to have my stay include free Breakfast Buffet* the free Breakfast Buffet was highly valued and convenient during my previous stay in ‘**, and was a priority for my ’** vacation stay. *I believe the loss of the free Breakfast Buffet in my final booking itinerary is related to difficulty I was experiencing in making the reservation* requested dates for my stay were altered in final submission of reservation Specifically, requested dates of stay (Nov * – Nov **), upon final booking, were altered (Nov * – Nov **). (I regret failing to recognize the changes before submission, and I appreciate Agoda’s ability to resolve this. However, I still failed to recognize the free breakfast buffet had still not been restored in the final booking.***. Baan Laimai resort has changed dramatically since my previous stay* My check-in and early experience at the resort has proved difficult and embarrassing. *I had attempted to reserve and pay for a room for *, with the hopeful possibility of being joined by a friend I met previously traveling to Phuket. While checking in, there was an embarrassing inquiry, and review of resort rules that I was aware of and agree to, from my previous visit.*I have also found the resort has become oppressive with overemphasis of regulation and excessive security cameras (pervasive at my workplace, these are things I am so anxious to escape while on vacation in Thailand)**With loss of free breakfast buffet and unexpected disappointments with staff and facility, I thought fair resolution would be to shorten my stay, from Nov * - *. I would be willing to pay more for a shorter stay. **I would be grateful and hope Agoda can help me obtain this change to my stay with Baan Laimai Resort. **I would appreciate the Resort as well if, under the circumstances, it would be willing to shorten my stay with them.**Thank You.*Sincerely,*Mark Armanini
